City of Pasadena issued the following announcement on Jan. 5
Our non-emergency phone line (713-477-1221) is currently down. In the event of an emergency, you can still call 911 as this system has not been affected by this outage. For non-emergency assistance, you can temporarily call 713-475-7800.
We will post an update as soon as this problem is fixed.
