City of Pasadena issued the following announcement on Jan. 6.
A cold front will move through the region today, bringing a line of scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some of these storms could become strong to severe this afternoon with damaging winds and isolated tornadoes/waterspouts as the main risks. Severe weather threat will diminish from west to east through early this evening.
Stay weather aware and make sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings!
